Happy Tuesday Morning!

I hope you all enjoyed the beautiful weather this weekend. My family and I took full advantage of it. J

We will be working hard this week to prepare for upcoming MAP testing. We are practicing skills to show mastery and are focused and driven. To add a little bit of fun to our review I’d like to have a MAP review Easter Egg Hunt on Thursday. This will involve the students finding numbered eggs with review questions to complete. They must hunt for all the review questions that will be hidden somewhere on the playground. If you’d like to send healthy treats to go along with this activity that would be great.

If you’d like to send encouragement notes for MAP test days you may send them in at any time. There will be five days of testing, so sending five notes is perfect! These can just be small notes from family members to help students feel encouraged and motivated. We will begin testing next Wednesday.  As we move into next week please make sure that your child is getting plenty of rest, playtime in the evenings, a healthy breakfast and make sure they are at school on time the days we test.
